Role Overview

This is a dynamic role within a hyper-growth business, offering an exceptional opportunity to take full ownership of AI-powered health personalisation at our new currently invite-only product 'Healf Zone'. As the Head of Healf Zone, you will be instrumental in driving product development, advancing sampling methods, and ensuring that our offerings remain cutting-edge in personalised wellbeing. This role requires a proactive, visionary leader with technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to build and deliver from the ground up while aligning with Healf Zone’s ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of the Healf Zone Platform

• Take full ownership of the platform’s development across functionality, UI/UX, marketing, and positioning.
• Build, refine, and deliver Healf Zone’s product suite with a focus on AI-driven personalisation, diagnostics, and user experience.

Product Development & Innovation

• Drive the roadmap for product evolution, ensuring scalable and impactful solutions that align with the company’s vision
• Lead the integration of cutting-edge sampling methods and diagnostics, building partnerships with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to streamline releases and enhancements.
• Independently manage the implementation of third-party apps, APIs, and tools (e.g., Shopify) to enhance platform capabilities where needed.

Strategic Leadership

• Set and execute strategic goals for product growth, customer satisfaction, and market positioning.
• Act as the key driver for Healf Zone’s success, ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, and delivery.

Customer Experience & Optimisation

• Elevate the user experience by optimising CRM and e-commerce support to deliver exceptional, personalised insights.
• Leverage customer feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Project Management

• Establish and own clear timelines, KPIs, and roadmaps for all initiatives.
• Balance efficiency with high-quality standards while managing delivery across all aspects of the project.
