The Role
We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and brand-obsessed Head of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing to own and scale Healf’s partner ecosystem—turning tastemakers into advocates and our audience into a movement.
This is a unique opportunity to scale Healf’s influencer engine—crafting world-class campaigns, forging authentic partnerships, and driving real business results through the power of cultural connection.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Scale a Creator Engine
Build and lead a system for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a powerful community of creators—from micro-influencers to cultural leaders. Think big here.
Create/ Develop scalable workflows, toolkits, and playbooks for campaign management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Empower your team members to run this program.
Champion Healf's Four Pillars (Eat, Move, Mind, Sleep) through creator-driven content that educates, inspires, and converts.
Own and Grow B2B Partnerships
Lead Healf’s B2B and brand partnership strategy—building meaningful collaborations with the most exciting wellbeing businesses in the world.
From iconic brands like Lululemon to cutting-edge spaces like Remedy Place, design partnerships that bring mutual value and elevate our presence in the culture.
Create partnership models that drive distribution, brand awareness, community building, and customer experience across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Strategic Partnership & Channel Development
Build long-term influencer relationships that transcend transactions—unlocking authentic storytelling and cultural credibility.
Develop smart allocation strategies across verticals and platforms, balancing brand, performance, and audience growth goals.
Campaign Innovation & Brand Building
Design and launch stand-out creator campaigns—from always-on ambassador programs to hero seasonal drops.
Work closely with Growth and Content teams to align messaging, voice, and cultural relevance across all touchpoints.
Experimentation, Measurement & Growth
Test and iterate on influencer strategies—rapidly learning what resonates and scaling what works.
Build dashboards, set KPIs, and obsess over metrics to continuously improve performance and ROI.
Use insights to inform future strategy, product launches, and new channel opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations—with a strong track record of building scalable programs that drive brand and performance results.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems and social-first content strategy, with fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Storytelling: A natural brand builder who understands how to connect emotionally and culturally through creators and content.
Data-Driven: Comfortable in the numbers—using data to test, learn, and evolve everything you do.
Creative Hustle: Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer—you’re as comfortable building a pitch deck as you are jumping on a content brainstorm.
