The Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best people, faster. This role is ideal for someone breaking into recruitment or early in their People career who’s excited to learn how to hire high-performers, source creatively, and run structured interviews.
You'll be responsible for both sourcing great candidates and running screening calls using our proven Healf hiring framework. We'll teach you what “great” looks like and give you the tools to succeed—you’ll bring the curiosity, the work ethic, and the drive to get results fast.
Key Responsibilities
Source top candidates for roles across the business using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Write and test personalised outreach messages to improve response and screening conversion rates.
Conduct structured screening interviews (you’ll be trained using our Healf screening guides).
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
Learn to assess candidates not just for experience, but for skills, mindset, motivation, and culture fit.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track sourcing and interview metrics to improve performance and hiring speed.
Adapt your recruitment strategy based on shifting business needs and fast feedback loops.
Help shape a proactive and high-performance recruitment function, rooted in learning and action.
Qualifications
You’re ready to take more ownership and make a real impact in your recruitment career OR you’re a sharp, resourceful generalist pivoting into Talent Acquisition, and you're genuinely excited about it.
You’ve worked in fast-paced environments — like startups, agencies, sales, operations, or client services — and you thrive in them. Ideally, you’ve done this remotely for startups based overseas.
You’re proactive, scrappy, and get stuff done without waiting for permission.
You understand (or are quick to learn) how to spot talent that fits the pace and mindset of startups.
You’re flexible and coachable—you can unlearn what doesn’t apply and pick up new processes fast.
You care about excellence, not just ticking boxes—you want to find the best, not just the available.
You can write sharp, personalised outreach messages (or are keen to learn fast).
You’re curious, data-driven, and always looking for better ways to do things.
You understand that our hiring needs move quickly and you flex fast to support that.
