The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our fast-moving team. You’ll work across our web and mobile platforms to ship features, run experiments, and solve meaningful problems that improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Where You'll Make An Impact

• Deliver high-quality code across our React-based website and React Native app.

• Collaborate across teams (product, design, marketing) to build features that drive retention, engagement, and CVR.

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect components, contributing to a beautiful, intuitive UI.

• Integrate with platforms like Shopify, third-party APIs, and AI tools to build intelligent user experiences.

• Support technical initiatives across web and mobile—everything from UX polish to scalable backend support.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong foundation in React Native. Fluent in TypeScript and modern React development.

• Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce ecosystems, especially around performance and UX.

• Comfort with backend integration, API consumption, and tools like GraphQL and Next.js.

• A performance- and outcome-driven mindset—you care about speed, CVR, and great user experiences.

• An adaptable builder who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.

• A passion for clean, modular code and scalable architecture

• Strong working knowledge of Figma and design-to-development workflows.

• Great collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI tools and APIs, especially for personalization or product discovery.

• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, analytics tools, and data-led iteration.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

• Background in consumer health, wellness, or eCommerce.
