The Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, analytical Growth Generalist to drive customer acquisition for Healf Zone, while plugging it seamlessly into our existing eCommerce growth engine. Your mission: get as many existing and new Healf customers onto Healf Zone as possible, without cannibalising our core funnel, and ultimately increase customer lifetime value.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets a kick out of solving hard growth problems, and knows how to balance short-term scrappiness with long-term scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own acquisition strategy for Healf Zone across paid, owned, and organic channels
Collaborate with the wider growth team to plug Healf Zone into existing journeys – site, CRM, PDPs, quiz, etc. – without hurting conversion
Identify and test new high-velocity growth loops and funnels for diagnostics
Work with product and analytics to understand the impact of Healf Zone on LTV and loyalty
Build programs to increase repeat usage and retention of Healf Zone and its downstream impact on Healf brand loyalty
Use data to diagnose problems and unlock insights that scale acquisition
Think commercially – your goal is not just volume, but profitable activation
Be hands-on across performance marketing, content, CRO, email, and more
Qualifications
Are analytical and commercially sharp – you ask “is this moving the needle?” daily
Have experience across core eCommerce growth channels – paid social, SEM, landing pages, CRM, referrals, content
Love working cross-functionally to get things live fast
Are comfortable running experiments in messy, fast-moving environments
Are user-obsessed – you want to understand what makes people buy and stay
Understand the mechanics of customer loyalty and retention, and how diagnostics can deepen brand connection
Are impact-driven – you want to own outcomes, not just run campaigns
