The Role

As a Founders Associate (Chief of Staff), you’ll work side by side with Healf’s Founders to drive the company forward. This is a unique role at the heart of the business, combining strategy, operations, and execution. You’ll be trusted with high-impact projects, problem-solving across every function, and ensuring the founders’ vision is translated into reality.

This isn’t a support role — it’s a launchpad. You’ll have visibility across the entire business, from fundraising and partnerships to product and operations. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the founders, helping them work at their highest leverage while accelerating your own growth.

Where You'll Make An Impact

1. Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with the founders on high-priority projects, from fundraising and partnerships to new business verticals.

• Analyse data, trends, and insights to inform key decisions and shape company strategy.

• Drive special projects that sit outside of day-to-day operations but are critical to scaling Healf.

2. Operational Excellence

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business and design scalable solutions.

• Build processes that help the team work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

• Support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the right priorities are executed at pace.

3. Founder Leverage

• Act as the Founders’ Right Hand: prepare briefs, follow up on actions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Manage internal and external communications, keeping key stakeholders aligned and informed.

• Represent the founders in meetings where needed, distilling key insights and driving outcomes.

4. Team & Culture

• Work closely with team leads to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

• Embody and champion the Healf culture, helping to scale our ways of working as we grow.

• Play a pivotal role in hiring and onboarding as we build a world-class team.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, banking, VC, a startup, or in a founder/Chief of Staff role.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering outcomes at speed.

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to influence and inspire.
