The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best people - fast.

This role suits someone who thrives in high-performance environments: maybe you’re already in recruitment, or maybe you’re coming from sales, BD, client success, or agency work and want to apply the same energy, pace, and influence to shaping a team.

You’ll source exceptional talent, run screening calls using our Healf hiring framework, and play a key role in helping us scale from £100M to our next milestone. We’ll teach you what “great” looks like - you’ll bring the curiosity, drive, and follow-through.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Source top candidates for roles across the business using LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Write and test personalised outreach messages to improve response and screening conversion rates.

• Conduct structured screening interviews (you’ll be trained using our Healf screening guides).

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.

• Learn to assess candidates not just for experience, but for skills, mindset, motivation, and culture fit.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Track sourcing and interview metrics to improve performance and hiring speed.

• Adapt your recruitment strategy based on shifting business needs and fast feedback loops.

• Help shape a proactive and high-performance recruitment function, rooted in learning and action.

What You’ll Bring

• You’ve worked in fast-paced, high-intensity environments - startups, agencies, sales, operations, or client services - and you thrive in them. Ideally, you’ve done this remotely for startups based overseas.

• You’re proactive, scrappy, and get things done without waiting for permission.

• You work incredibly well independently and as part of a team - you’re big-hearted and know how to leave ego at the door.

• You know how to have strong, confident conversations with a wide range of people.

• You’re great at reading people or you’re excited to get great at it.

• You’re flexible and coachable - you can unlearn what doesn’t apply and pick up new processes fast.

• You care about quality: you want to find the right people, not just the available ones.

• You’re flexible, coachable, and can learn (and unlearn) fast.

• You write clear, sharp, personalised outreach - or you’re keen to get very good at it, quickly.

• You’re data-aware, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to improve your work.

• You understand that hiring needs move fast, and you move with them.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience recruiting internationally (UK/US)

• Experience in closing-style roles (sales, BD, client success, SDR work)

• Agency or startup recruitment experience

• Experience hiring for high-bar or specialised roles

• A track record of hitting ambitious targets or delivering under pressure
