The Role
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build and lead Healf’s PR function from the ground up. You’ll be a team of one (for now) — shaping the department, narrative, and long-term strategy that will define the voice of wellbeing for a generation.
You’ll lead the development and execution of PR initiatives that elevate Healf’s visibility, credibility, and cultural impact. From high-profile product launches to thought-leadership features and brand experiences, you’ll be the bridge between Healf and the world — ensuring we’re consistently part of the cultural conversation.
Where You’ll Make An Impact
• Own the PR strategy across all categories and channels, driving awareness, credibility, and positioning for Healf and its ecosystem.
• Be the brand’s voice in the public sphere — identifying and creating stories that drive national conversation around wellbeing.
• Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, and cultural tastemakers.
• Lead product storytelling and proactive pitching across print, digital, podcast, and broadcast media.
• Manage the PR calendar, aligning stories with product launches, events, and cultural moments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, events, and influencer teams to create 360° campaigns that connect earned, owned, and paid media.
• Position Healf’s founders, experts, and ambassadors as thought leaders within the wellbeing industry.
• Track and report on media coverage, impact, and opportunities for amplification.
• Shape the future of PR at Healf, building structure, tools, and long-term partnerships that scale.
What You’ll Bring
• 4–7 years’ PR experience (brand or agency) with a proven track record of securing high-impact coverage across national and lifestyle media.
• Deep understanding of cultural storytelling and how to make brands newsworthy.
• Strong network across wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and culture publications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can build from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to translate strategy into stories.
• Strong event sensibility — understanding how to create buzz through experiences.
• Passion for wellbeing and curiosity about the intersection of health, culture, and technology.
